About the Role
We are looking for a senior‑level Growth Marketing leader who combines strategic vision, creative thinking, and hands‑on execution. This role is for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive with ideas, and confident driving bold digital strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will shape growth programs for clients, architect innovative digital strategies, and push our agency’s capabilities forward. You bring a strong point of view, challenge assumptions, and introduce creative, data‑driven, AI‑powered approaches that elevate both client performance and our internal marketing maturity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, experiments aggressively, and knows how to turn insights into powerful digital programs.

- Introduce creative, unconventional, and high‑impact ideas that challenge clients to think bigger.
- Drive the evolution of the agency’s growth marketing offering, including new services, frameworks, AI‑enabled capabilities, and experimentation models.
- Build and refine internal processes, planning tools, reporting frameworks, and methodologies that improve efficiency and elevate our work.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform shifts, AI advancements, and emerging growth tactics — and translate them into actionable strategies.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Architect and oversee integrated digital marketing programs across paid media, ABM, SEO, email, content, social, landing pages, and automation.
- Develop creative, insight‑driven campaign strategies rooted in audience intelligence, testing, and performance data.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives including paid search, paid social, CRO, funnel development, and lead generation.
- Partner with creative, content, PR, and account teams to ensure campaigns are strategically sharp, creatively compelling, and flawlessly executed.
- Use analytics, experimentation, and AI‑powered insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate clear business impact.
- Implement AI tools and workflows to accelerate content production, improve targeting, enhance personalization, and increase operational efficiency.
- Help build repeatable DM frameworks such as campaign plans, reporting templates, KPI models, AI search workflows, ABM playbooks, and more.
Client Consulting & Leadership
- Serve as a senior digital marketing consultant, providing strategic guidance, performance insights, and forward‑thinking recommendations.
