- 5+ years professional painting experience
- Ability to manage a project start-to-finish independently
- Strong prep standards (no shortcuts)
- Clean job sites and professional client interaction
- Reliable transportation and full tool setup (brush, roll, spray)
- Active business registration and WCB coverage
- Clear communication and adherence to agreed timelines
Scope of Work
Typical projects include:
- Full interior repaints
- Exterior repaints (wood, stucco, fibre cement)
- Trim, doors, cabinetry (spray experience preferred)
- Surface repair and preparation work
- Multi-day residential projects
You must be confident in:
- Proper masking and protection systems
- Surface preparation standards
- Clean cut lines and finish quality
- Problem-solving on site without constant supervision
Relationship Structure
We are building long-term contractor relationships — not rotating crews.
