About the Role

As an Art Instructor, you’ll lead classes and workshops for kids, families, and adults in a fun, welcoming, and beautifully organized studio environment. You’ll guide guests through creative projects (including clay and pottery), keep the studio running smoothly, and help ensure everyone has an amazing experience.

20-30 hours/week during the school year
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
Weekday evening shifts
Full availability during school breaks is a must — including summer camps, winter break camps, and spring break camps

Standard Starting Wage

Between minimum wage and $19/hour, depending on experience.

Enjoys staying organized and keeping a tidy workspace

Can confidently lead a group of children or adults through a project
Is available weekends and some weekday evenings

What You’ll Do

Teach and support art classes for a variety of ages
Lead birthday parties, workshops, and holiday break camps (summer, winter, and spring)
Help keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in
Set up and tidy up materials before and after classes
Assist with artwork pickup, glazing timelines, and studio prep duties
