About Us

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere (and Online).

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a Bengali Teacher for one of our clients in Vancouver, Canada.

Course Type: General
Format: one-to-one
Total Hours: 22
Session length: two-hour
Location: Public place: Vancouver public library on Robson St (Yaletown), V6B 0E3, Vancouver
Student Level: Beginner
Student Age Group: D: 35-44
Schedule: once per week, (Available Monday to Friday during business hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Motivation: I cannot speak any Bengali. I would like to learn basic conversational Bengali so that I can communicate with my husband’s family.

Ideal Candidate

Be a native Bengali speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
Have a valid work permit/visa
Live within 30 km of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Freelance position, with part-time hours
We are not able to sponsor visas
