Compensation: $41.00 – $47.23 per hour (Based on Experience) Apprentices and Foremen are also encouraged to apply; rates are determined by experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Execution: Execute electrical work in accordance with drawings, specifications, and the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Site Leadership (Lead Hands): Guide apprentices, manage specific task sequences, and maintain a high pace of production.
- Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all company safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with the Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Certification: Red Seal Electrician (Required for Journeyman rate).
- Experience: 4+ years in electrical construction, preferably with a strong commercial background.
- Technology: Comfortable using modern construction tools (Procore, digital drawings) is a plus.
- Attributes: Dependable, motivated, and a respectful communicator.
