Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior detailers, helping them enhance their skills, understand project requirements, and improve overall detailing quality.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards in detailing work. Identify and rectify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in drawings.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to relay information about detailing progress, potential issues, and solutions.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize detailing software (such as Tekla Structures, Bluebeam) proficiently. Stay abreast of advancements in detailing software and technologies.
