Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering food safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.
Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery.
Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy.
Collect cash, debit, or credit card payments and provide receipts when required.
Follow all traffic laws and practice safe driving at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and roadworthy delivery vehicle.
Assist with food preparation and order assembly during non-delivery times.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders when needed.
Help with cleaning and maintaining store cleanliness.
Restock boxes, sauces, beverages, and other supplies.
Communicate with store staff to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to the manager.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
Follow all company policies, food safety, and health and safety standards.
Represent the Domino's brand with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable vehicle with valid insurance and registration (if using a personal vehicle).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Ability to follow directions and use GPS/navigation tools.
Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) and carry multiple pizza bags.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs during deliveries.
Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods is an asset.
Must comply with all food safety, health, and company policies.
Previous delivery or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
