About our Cabinet Maker
Are you passionate about woodworking but eager to broaden your skills and explore new challenges? Join our team to transform your craft and advance your expertise in a new and rewarding direction. We are currently looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker/Finishing Carpenter who’s ready to transition into stonework and help us produce high quality pieces for single family luxury homes.
Yes, we do countertop work, but we are different from other shops, and this is only a part of our workload. The designers and builders we work with provide clients with very customized products. This requires us to employ skilled trades that have a very strong, technical understanding of construction principles and what finished grade quality really looks like.
We are looking for people with cabinet making, joinery, and finishing experience because they have all the applicable skills to cross over and help us fabricate high quality custom

What you will do
You will be responsible for fabricating, gluing and fitting pieces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, high-quality workmanship, and a passion for working on furniture grade custom stone pieces.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker, finishing carpenter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and tool.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of safe work practices in a shop and on-site environments
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various positions.
- Experience on high end residential projects is an asset.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task on different projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented and process driven.
- You take a proactive approach to your work and willingness to take initiative.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- You respond well to constructive criticism and direction.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
