Full job description

At Pallet Coffee Roasters, our goal is to make specialty coffee approachable while sharing a genuine love of great coffee with our community. We are proud to cultivate a team of knowledgeable, engaged professionals who care deeply about craft, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

We're looking for experienced and reliable full-time barista for our Howe Street location.

What you'll get:

What you'll need:

At least 1-2 years of experience preparing and serving coffee.
Knowledge of the specialty coffee sector.
Demonstrated experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.
A true passion for the service industry, with a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to perform daily bar opening and closing.
Knowledge of espresso machine operation, grinder calibration, and daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment; ongoing training will be provided.
Skills in latte-art (heart and rosetta are required)
Experience with various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, drip..)
Ability to thrive when faced with new challenges and keep calm under pressure.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Be a punctual and reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
FoodSafe level 1 (preferred).
