Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display networks.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and paid advertising initiatives.
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns using platforms like Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
Design eye-catching graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to enhance campaign appeal.
Maintain and update websites using WordPress, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, promote products or services, and increase customer retention through targeted messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives while staying current on industry trends in digital marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of WordPress content management system for website updates and content management.
Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools to generate actionable insights for campaign improvements.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and best practices for audience segmentation and engagement.
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude towards learning new digital marketing techniques.
