Full job description

We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing & Advertising Design Coordinator to join our team.

This position will be responsible for marketing, advertising, promotional activities, graphic design, and social media content for our restaurants, and other commercial projects. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine marketing planning, graphic design, social media content creation, and project coordination and is comfortable managing projects from concept to execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and external partners to develop and execute promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Promotion

Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day marketing and promotional activities for commercial projects.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for holidays, seasonal promotions, special events, new openings, and tenant promotions.
Create promotional plans and marketing strategies to increase exposure, customer traffic, and engagement.
Coordinate marketing activities with tenants, restaurants, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Support the planning and execution of events, promotional campaigns, and other customer-facing activities.
Monitor campaign performance and assist with collecting and analyzing marketing data and preparing reports.
Stay up to date with current marketing trends, social media trends, and consumer preferences.

Graphic Design & Advertising

Design promotional materials including posters, advertisements, flyers, menus, banners, digital signage, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
Design and update indoor and outdoor signage, advertising boards, promotional displays, and other visual materials.
Develop creative concepts and visual materials that are consistent with the company’s brand image.
Prepare artwork and files for both digital and print production.
Coordinate with printing companies, advertising vendors, and other suppliers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, visual style, and marketing materials across different projects and platforms.

Social Media & Content Creation

Create and manage promotional content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
Develop social media graphics, promotional posts, stories, and other digital content.
Assist with photography, video shooting, video editing, and production of short-form promotional videos.
Create engaging visual and written content for restaurants, commercial projects, events, promotions, and special campaigns.
Coordinate social media content calendars and ensure content is published according to campaign schedules.
Monitor social media engagement and assist with improving content performance.

Project Coordination

Manage multiple marketing and design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Coordinate the process from marketing planning , creative concept, graphic design, production, publication, performance tracking.
Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate advertising production and promotional activities.
Follow up on project progress and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide support for other marketing, advertising, and design projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong graphic design skills with a good sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
Experience with photography, short-form video shooting, editing, and content production is an asset.
Ability to independently manage projects from marketing planning and design through publication and performance follow-up.
Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and responsible.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, tenants, suppliers, and external vendors.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, retail, commercial real estate, or property marketing is strongly preferred.
A portfolio of previous design and marketing work is an asset.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field is an asset.

Experience

Marketing / Advertising: 2 years (preferred)
Graphic Design: 2 years (preferred)
Social Media / Content Creation: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
