Experienced Professional Painter — Full-Time

Noah’s Painting | Vancouver, BC

About the Role

Noah’s Painting is looking for an experienced, skilled painter to join our growing team full-time.

We specialize primarily in high-quality interior painting, including residential projects, renovations, feature walls, and premium finishes throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Our work is approximately 95% interior, with select exterior projects during the warmer months.

We’re looking for someone who already knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted to work independently while maintaining a high standard.

Experience with Limewash, Roman Clay, Venetian Plaster, Microcement, or other decorative finishes is a major bonus — but absolutely not required.

Responsibilities

Primarily interior residential painting
Professional surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking and masking
Brush and roller application
Light drywall repairs and touch-ups
Occasional exterior painting during the season
Maintain clean, organized and professional job sites
Communicate professionally with clients and other team members
Work independently and as part of a crew
Consistently deliver clean, high-quality finishes

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional painting experience preferred
Strong cutting, rolling and preparation skills
Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
Good attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual and professional
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Spray experience is an asset
Experience working in high-end homes is an asset
Limewash, Roman Clay, Venetian Plaster, Microcement or other decorative finish experience is a major asset

You don't need specialty finish experience to apply. For the right painter, there will be opportunities to learn and develop these skills as we continue growing this side of the company.
