Senior Social Media & Content Lead

OmniPhi | Vancouver, BC | Full-time

OmniPhi is building an agentic AI platform for financial markets, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to take ownership of our social media and content.

This is not a role for someone who only schedules posts or manages a content calendar.

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator who can understand the product, find interesting angles, create great content, publish consistently, grow our channels, and help build the OmniPhi brand from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founders and have significant ownership from day one.

What you’ll do

Create high-quality content around OmniPhi, AI, trading, and financial markets
Produce short-form video, product demos, social posts, graphics, and longer-form content
Own and grow our presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Turn product updates, market events, and AI developments into timely content
Build recurring content formats and campaigns
Develop relationships with AI, finance, trading, UGC, and creator communities
Coordinate influencer, creator, and UGC campaigns
Help develop and test paid social creative
Track performance, test new ideas, and continuously improve what we’re doing
Help shape OmniPhi’s voice and creative direction

What we’re looking for

Content creation experience is essential.

You should have:

3+ years of relevant professional experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or a closely related role
A strong body of content you have personally created
Strong video editing and content production skills
Excellent writing and storytelling ability
Experience professionally managing and growing social media accounts
A strong understanding of what performs across modern social platforms
The ability to take an idea from concept to finished content independently
Strong creative instincts and attention to quality
The ability to work quickly without needing constant direction

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to create and execute. We’ll teach you OmniPhi, but you should already know your craft.

Experience with any of the following will stand out:

AI, LLMs, agents, and agentic AI
Financial markets, trading, investing, or fintech
Paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, X, or similar platforms
Performance marketing and creative testing
UGC and influencer campaigns
Creator partnerships
SaaS or technology startups
Building or growing a brand from an early stage

Where this can go

This is an early hire with significant room to grow.

The right person can move into a Creative Lead / Head of Creative role, build the team around them, and potentially grow into a broader executive marketing position as OmniPhi scales.

You’ll work closely with the founders from the beginning, and your level of responsibility can grow quickly with your performance.
