All Pipe Fabrication is a Vancouver-based pipe fabrication shop serving mechanical, fire protection, Specialized and miscellaneous steel projects across the Lower Mainland. We cut, groove, thread, bevel, and prep pipe spools that hold up on real jobsites — from small custom pieces walked in off the street to full spool packages for commercial and industrial projects. We're a tight-knit, hands-on shop that takes pride in accurate work and fast turnaround.
The Role
We're hiring a Pipe Fabricator to cut, groove, and prep pipe for mechanical, fire protection, and small structural applications. We're open to both apprentice-level candidates looking to build a trade and experienced fabricators who can hit the ground running — the responsibilities below scale with experience, and pay is set accordingly.
What You'll Do
- Cut pipe to spec using band saws, cold saws, and torches
- Groove, bevel, thread, and prep pipe ends for coupling, welding, or flanging
- Read spool drawings, cut lists, and work orders to fabricate pipe for mechanical, fire protection, and small structural jobs
- Measure and mark pipe accurately to maintain tight tolerances
- Operate and do basic upkeep on shop equipment (groovers, threading machines, saws, bevelers)
- Stage, label, and organize cut/prepped pipe for pickup or delivery
- Handle and move material safely (chain hoists, pipe stands, forklifts as required)
- Check finished work against drawings and specs before it leaves the shop
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Support welders, fitters, and the shop foreman as needed

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier material with mechanical assistance or a team lift
