EXPERIENCED SUBPRIME FINANCE MANAGERS (2–3 POSITIONS)

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle subprime deals from start to finish
Get paid on both sales and finance (front & back)
Work subprime leads provided through lead vendors and finance platforms
Drive business through Facebook Marketplace and personal social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and bank reps
Deliver an exceptional, compliant customer experience
Present and sell all finance products (warranty, insurance, protection packages, etc.)
Ensure all legal and financial documentation is accurate and protected

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive sales or finance experience
Strong work ethic, coachability, and ambition
Interest in subprime and/or career growth into finance
Excellent communication and people skills
