Job Summary
Reliance Employment Ltd. is currently seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-focused individuals to work every Sunday at an industrial worksite.
Candidates must be certified and trained in Confined Space Entry and must also hold valid Mobile Equipment Operator certification/ticket(s).
This is a recurring Sunday position and is ideal for individuals looking for consistent weekend work who have the required industrial safety training and equipment operating qualifications.
Mandatory Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have BOTH:
- Valid Confined Space Entry certification/training from a recognized training provider
- Valid Mobile Equipment Operator certification/ticket
Relevant mobile equipment certifications may include:
- Forklift / Counterbalance Forklift
- Reach Truck
- Scissor Lift
- Boom Lift / Aerial Work Platform
- Telehandler
- Other applicable powered mobile equipment
Applicants who do not possess the required certifications may not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates may be responsible for:
- Performing assigned duties in or around designated confined spaces
- Following all established Confined Space Entry procedures
- Understanding and complying with entry permits, hazard assessments, and safe-work procedures
- Safely operating mobile equipment for which they are trained, certified, and authorized
- Completing required pre-use inspections of mobile equipment
- Following site-specific equipment operating and traffic-control procedures
- Wearing and properly using all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Identifying and immediately reporting workplace hazards or unsafe conditions
- Following instructions provided by supervisors and site management
- Complying with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Participating in required site orientations, safety meetings, and toolbox talks
- Maintaining a high level of safety awareness while performing all assigned duties
Required Documentation
Candidates must be able to provide current documentation for verification, including:
- Confined Space Entry certificate
- Confined Space Entry training records, where applicable
- Mobile Equipment Operator certificate(s)/ticket(s)
- Proof of current qualifications and competency
- Any other relevant workplace safety certifications
- Documentation confirming eligibility to work in Canada
All required certifications and documentation will be reviewed before placement.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidates should:
- Be available to work every Sunday
- Have valid Confined Space Entry certification
- Hold valid Mobile Equipment Operator certification/ticket(s)
- Have previous industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, maintenance, or similar experience
- Be able to provide copies of required certifications before starting
- Demonstrate competency in operating applicable mobile equipment
- Be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Be comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Follow all client and worksite safety requirements
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
Schedule & Availability
This position requires consistent availability every Sunday.
Candidates who are looking for regular Sunday work and can commit to the ongoing schedule are strongly encouraged to apply.
