Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized care plans, and support patients in achieving their health goals. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient well-being through evidence-based nutrition counseling and education. The position requires strong communication skills, proficiency with electronic medical records, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide evidence-based dietary counseling and education tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional strategies into overall treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within electronic medical records systems.
Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.
Support patients in understanding dietary guidelines, managing chronic conditions, and making sustainable lifestyle changes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to nutrition services.
Assist in community outreach programs or educational seminars as needed.

Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Familiarity with electronic medical records platforms and computer operation.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse patient populations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
Prior experience working with diverse populations and managing multiple cases simultaneously is preferred.
