Roncy Village Veterinary Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Client Care Representative / Veterinary Assistant to become part of our growing team. Position Overview

This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on support in the clinic. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring a smooth client experience while assisting the veterinary team with daily operations and patient care.

Responsibilities

Client Service & Reception Duties

Welcome clients and patients in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment requests
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily bookings
Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate client records
Assist with administrative and organizational tasks to support clinic operations

Veterinary Assistant Duties

Support veterinarians and technicians during appointments and treatments
Safely restrain and comfort animals during examinations and procedures
Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the clinic
Clean and sterilize equipment and treatment areas
Restock supplies and assist with general clinic upkeep
Ensure patient care areas follow sanitation and safety standards

Qualifications

We are seeking someone who:

Has previous experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care, and customer service environment
Demonstrates a genuine passion for animal health and client care
Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Can stay organized and composed in a busy environment
Is comfortable learning clinic software and handling administrative tasks
Is able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with animal handling when needed
Has flexibility to work 10-11 hours 4days a week with opening and closing duties.
