SkyTEM is a leading airborne geophysical survey company offering the acquisition and advanced processing of transient electromagnetic (TEM), magnetic and radiometric data. We are currently seeking a processor to join our team with the following qualifications:
· University degree in Earth Science, Geophysics, Geology, Physics, Hydrology
· High level computer experience
· Eligible for professional registration, P.Geo.
· Experience with field geophysics equipment, processing, or data QC an asset.
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Ability to travel domestically and globally
· Verbal and/or written knowledge of other languages are an asset.
· Driver license required
· 5+ years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
· Review system calibration tests and approve system for production
· Remotely QC field data within 24 hours of field acquisition
· Process to final various data streams, including TDEM data, magnetic data, altimeters, GPS data and other auxiliary data.
· Communicate with client during acquisition and final processing.
· Provide technical support to clients, SkyTEM’s sales teams and operation groups for system selection, geophysical input for quotations, and survey planning as required.
· Prepare and provide presentations to clients and potentially at conferences in North America.

Software knowledge
· MS word, excel
· Knowledge of Seequent Geosoft Montaj and Workbench a strong asset
· Experience in geophysical modelling and inversion software preferred but not required
Work location
· Job is mainly remote (working from home). Preference to the Greater Toronto Area.
