Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a smooth and hygienic operation. This role is essential in supporting our culinary staff and providing excellent service to our guests. Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or banquet hall environments is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The Dishwasher plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness standards of our establishment, contributing to a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Duties

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
Ensure all dishware and kitchen tools are properly stored after cleaning.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and assisting kitchen staff during busy periods.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards.
Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to maintain a clean work environment.
Support other kitchen staff with additional duties when required to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to sanitation protocols. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to the overall guest experience through cleanliness and support in the kitchen environment.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
