We are seeking EXPERIENCED STARBUCKS Managers, who are highly disciplined, service-driven, and operationally strong Café Store Managers to lead daily operations in a high-volume Starbucks café environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, strict standards enforcement, customer service excellence, and the ability to maintain a clean, profitable, and team-oriented store culture at all times.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, accountable, and capable of managing staff performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience under pressure.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Oversee all daily café operations including opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to Starbucks operational standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor workflow efficiency, speed of service, beverage quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the store.
- Handle inventory management, product ordering, waste control, and stock rotation.
- Conduct daily operational audits and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while protecting brand standards.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, supervise, and motivate baristas and shift staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Enforce punctuality, dress code, attendance, and workplace professionalism consistently.
- Train new employees on Starbucks beverage standards, customer service, cash handling, and sanitation procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and corrective coaching when necessary.
- Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs and labor targets.
- Foster a respectful, productive, and accountable workplace culture.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Manager MUST have previous Starbucks managerial or supervisory experience.
- Experience in managing and using Starbucks corporate compliance systems, including store rewards programs and corporate programs.
- Experience in inventory management, brand quality management, staff management, and keeping detailed and accurate records of daily operations and sales profits.
- Proven experience handling scheduling, inventory, cash management, and staff supervision.
- Minimum 2–5 years of café, restaurant, or retail leadership experience.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly, and accurate service.
- Maintain a calm and professional environment during peak business hours.
- Build customer loyalty through consistent service quality and team engagement.
- Ensure beverage and food products meet Starbucks presentation and quality expectations.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Manage cash handling procedures, deposits, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Monitor labor costs, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
- Support achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
- Prepare reports, incident documentation, and operational updates as required.
