Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects through comprehensive analysis and strategic planning. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing advanced data analysis tools and methodologies, contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency.

Duties

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop detailed project documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications using tools like Visio.
Design and optimize databases, including database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems.
Conduct data analysis using SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support project management activities within Agile frameworks and SDLC methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
Assist in the development of automation scripts using Bash (Unix shell) for data processing tasks.
Participate in cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance business operations and efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in business analysis techniques and requirements gathering.
Advanced knowledge of database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Programming skills in R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation and automation.
Experience with analytics tools and techniques for comprehensive data analysis skills.
Familiarity with analysis tools such as Visio for process mapping.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language. This role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions while working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay: $49,683.34-$110,038.29 per year
