Key Responsibilities

Lifeguarding patrons, instructing and preparation of swimming lessons

General maintenance and cleaning

Promoting a safe environment for patrons and staff, providing direction to Junior Lifeguards

Job Requirements

Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and/or National Lifesaving Lifeguard Certification, Water Safety Instructor Certification

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Experience working in an aquatic environment

Additional Information

These are Casual AUPE appointments at the Vermilion Campus, commencing as soon as possible and ending June 30, 2026.
