Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various areas, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and prior experience in custodial or commercial cleaning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing your skills in cleaning and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facility spaces according to established standards
Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of hygiene and presentation
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to guests and staff

Qualifications

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable work ethic with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to work flexible hours as needed; punctuality is essential

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
