Full job description

Vernon Cannabis Store is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to support our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience at our locations

We're looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with people and building strong customer relationships.
Has experience using retail POS systems.
Has experience receiving and processing inventory orders.
Possesses strong leadership and team-building skills.
Can motivate and support staff in a positive work environment.
Is passionate about cannabis products and customer education.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily operations of the store.
Support, coach, and lead team members to achieve store goals.
Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, and responsible use.
Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies.
Assist with inventory management, receiving, and merchandising.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.

Qualifications

Previous retail, supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with cannabis inventory receiving is considered a strong asset.
Valid Selling it Right certification.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Cannabis industry knowledge is an asset.
