Join our team! Serving Greater Victoria for over 40 Years! If you have your ticket for refrigeration we want to speak with you!

We’re looking for motivated and skilled Heat Pump Installers to join our growing team. Whether you’re a 3rd or 4th year apprentice or a certified Journeyman in Refrigeration, this is an opportunity to work on modern, energy-efficient systems in residential and light commercial settings.

What You’ll Do

Install, commission, and service heat pump systems (air-source and ductless/mini-split)
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Ensure installations meet code requirements and safety standards
Work collaboratively with team members on job sites
Maintain accurate job documentation and reports

Qualifications

For Apprentices (3rd & 4th Year):

Registered in a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning apprenticeship program
Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (especially 4th year)
Valid driver’s license

For Journeyman:

Red Seal or Journeyman Refrigeration certification
Solid experience installing and servicing heat pump systems
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Leadership ability and experience mentoring apprentices is an asset
