Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glazier / Glass Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and installing various glazing systems in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent craftsmanship, and strong work ethic. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within the industry.

Responsibilities

Measure, and install glass panels, windows, and with precision using hand tools and specialized equipment
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, and sealing to ensure proper fit and finish
Assist with framing, carpentry, and other related construction tasks as needed
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during installation and handling of materials
Maintain a clean work environment and properly handle all tools and materials
Able to be professional, kind and honest with clients and staff

Qualifications

Red Seal Glazier or Glazier Apprentice is desired!
Proven experience with hand tools and construction practices
Prior experience and knowledge in construction or glazing is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work at heights
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
