Full job description

The Opportunity

Tropos FC is looking for a personal trainer who wants more than a job behind a client's shoulder counting reps. We're a team-focused training gym built on client engagement, real results, and getting people out of their comfort zones, in the gym and out of it. If you're looking to challenge yourself physically and professionally, and you want to be part of a community that pushes clients to take their health back, we want to talk to you.

You'll deliver high-end, 60-minute personal training and semi-private sessions focused on premium service and real, tangible results for our clients.

Beyond the Gym

Tropos FC doesn't stop at the front desk. Our program takes our community outside the gym and into experiences that change how they see themselves: think adventure travel, off-site events, and trips that push people the same way a great training session does.

As a coach here, you'll have the opportunity to lead these trips yourself, travelling free while sharing the experiences with the clients you've trained. It's coaching taken to a different altitude, literally.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, personalized training sessions
Provide consistent client check-ins and accountability around attendance and program adherence
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and fun training and work environment
Perform quarterly client assessments and build training programs based on the results
Help maintain facility organization and cleanliness standards

Requirements

Postsecondary degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics, and/or a recognized Personal Training Certification (mandatory)
Valid First Aid/AED/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain one before starting
Customer service experience
Experience with Google Suite applications
Attendance and participation in client events
