Under the general direction of the Timekeeping and Pay Query Coordinator, the Timekeeping Analyst is responsible for the development, standardization and maintenance of Timekeeping training and education materials within the department including the Timekeeping Technical Manual. The Timekeeping Analyst develops Timekeeping departmental training on various timekeeping applications with consideration to best practices and current timekeeping policies and procedures. The Timekeeping Analyst develops organizational training tools for current and future initiatives.
Grade 12, and completion of a College Diploma Program in Office Administration or equivalent, plus 3 years recent, related experience, including research/analytics and understanding of payroll systems or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
