Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail care and including pedicures, manicures and gel-polish application with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and gel-polish application and removal
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area including appropriate disinfection of tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Skills

Proficient in various nail care techniques including natural nail care.
Strong customer service skills with an ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation and disinfection practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
Retail sales experience is a plus, contributing to overall salon success.
