Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for Assistant Superintendent to provide regular or constant crew direction, coaching and feedback. Provide input as needed to Superintendent charged with performance management and annual reviews. Intention to move into Superintendent role on smaller tenant improvement or low dollar value jobs with full performance management responsibilities.

The salary range for this position is $89,936 - $134,905 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications

3+ years of experience in a foreperson role
Red Seal Carpentry Qualification preferred, similar qualification or equivalent experience
Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Scheduling Software
