Your role:

Summarizing the client’s books and records
Management of client’s payroll, payables, receivables, expenses and tax remittances
Assisting clients with the betterment of record-keeping
Vacation relief for other bookkeeping staff
All other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required

What you'll bring to the table:

Self-starter, takes initiative
Can work independently with little supervision; Ability to jump into bookkeeping files with minimal support
Great organization and communication skills
Proficiency and/or experience with: Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word; Bookkeeping applications including Sage, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online; and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Can-do attitude
Experience working in a team-based environment
