The Role:

You are the front line.

Your job is to knock doors, start conversations, and book qualified homeowners into consulations for an estimator to run. You are not closing deals - you are creating them.

We are seeking experienced door-to-door lead generators who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This role is ideal for top performers who know how to engage potential customers, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to a winning sales team. If you have a track record of success in D2D sales or lead generation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners in assigned territories to introduce our services/products.
Generate high-quality, qualified leads for our sales team.
Use proven sales techniques to identify potential customers and gauge interest.
Educate prospects on the value of our offerings.
Meet and exceed lead generation quotas.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
