Honoring a century-long tradition, our visionary founder, Arthur Murray, envisioned dance as a universal language. From the elegant Foxtrot to the fiery Tango and the infectious rhythms of salsa and bachata, we carry forward his legacy by providing inclusive and innovative social dance instruction.

With a presence in 300 locations worldwide, we prioritize values over mere experience. As we expand, we are on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join us as part-time and full-time dance instructors. Lack of prior experience is not an issue! Our comprehensive on-the-job training will equip you with the skills needed to excel in the dance sphere.

Essential requirements for this role include a passion for various dance styles, excellent communication abilities, reliable transportation, a dynamic personality, and flexibility in scheduling. At Arthur Murray, diversity fuels our success, and we welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join our dynamic team.

Job Qualifications:

- Dance experience (preferred), but NOT required

- A willingness to learn a variety of different dance styles

- Interpersonal Communication / People Skills

- Transportation

- Fun, Outgoing, Energetic

- Flexible schedule and availability

- Part-time 20-hour week / Full-time 40-hour week

Benefits: (may include but not limited to)

- On-going paid training

- Holiday/Vacation/Sick Pay

Work Hours: Tuesday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm

Saturday 11:00am – 5:00pm

Not a seasonal/summer employment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
