A growing professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its in-house marketing team supporting client-facing professionals across the Victoria region.
Our marketing team operates as an internal agency, partnering closely with internal clients to deliver marketing campaigns, digital content, and print collateral that support business development and client engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with creative assets, and delivering high-quality marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of marketing coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of marketing design tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between the marketing team and internal clients requesting marketing support
- Coordinate marketing projects including digital campaigns, presentations, and print collateral
- Track project timelines and ensure requests are completed accurately and on schedule
Project & Content Management
- Organize and manage marketing assets including photography, video, and written content
- Assist with coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Support project tracking, internal communication, and production timelines
Marketing Materials
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content
- Review materials for formatting, accuracy, and overall quality before distribution
- Coordinate production of print materials and work with external vendors when needed
Graphic Design Support
- Make edits and updates to marketing templates and branded collateral
- Assist with layout and formatting of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics
- Create simple visual assets using templated tools and Adobe Creative Suite
Internal Client Support
- Provide friendly and responsive support using marketing tools and systems
- Assist with onboarding and training related to marketing platforms and internal resources
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–3 years experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or similar role
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field
Marketing & Design Skills
- Experience preparing marketing materials for both print and digital use
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience with templated design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools
- Experience with email marketing systems such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Other Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional communication and client-service mindset
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation package including extended health and dental benefits.
This is a full-time, in office position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
