Are you a passionate and skilled Medical Esthetician looking to join a leading clinic in Victoria? DecodeMode Victoria is a premier medical aesthetics clinic specializing in advanced laser hair removal, rejuvenating facials, Advanced laser resurfacing, and effective IPL treatments. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is committed to providing our clients with exceptional, personalized care.

About the Role

As a Medical Esthetician at DecodeMode Victoria, you will be a key part of our team, delivering a wide range of aesthetic services. Your main responsibilities will include:

Client Consultations: Conducting thorough consultations to understand clients' skin concerns and goals.
Treatment Delivery: Performing laser hair removal, a variety of facial treatments (e.g., medical-grade facials, microdermabrasion), and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments for skin rejuvenation, Microneedling, Advanced Laser treatments and much more.
Customized Plans: Developing tailored treatment plans and recommending at-home skincare routines.
Client Education: Educating clients on our services and products to help them achieve the best possible results.
Safety & Sanitation: Upholding the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and sanitation in all treatments.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed client records.

Qualifications

Certification: Certified and licensed as a Medical Esthetician in British Columbia.
Experience: Proven experience (minimum of 1 year) in a clinical or medical spa setting, with hands-on experience in laser hair removal, facials, and IPL treatments.
Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for client care.
Professionalism: A reliable, punctual, and professional approach to your work.
