We are a community practice. Each year we care for upwards of 4,500 patients and administer approximately 35,000 treatments through our broad range of Physiotherapy and complementary practices. Though each of our patients is different, we can confidently claim that there are few (if any) physical therapies or performance challenges that we haven’t encountered and successfully pursued to the best possible outcome.

Job description

Do you have a passion for working in Customer Service? Are you looking to be a part of a team that is always having fun, as well as learn new skills to help you grow?

Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centre - Millstream, located in Westshore, is seeking friendly, empathetic, and energetic people to join our front desk team in a part-time position. You must be able to manage a VERY fast-paced environment while keeping your cool! We are looking for people to join our fun-loving team part-time.

Hours may vary between Monday - Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., so flexibility is required in this area. At this point in time, we can offer approximately 15-32 hours per week with the possibility of increasing to full-time.

Reception duties and responsibilities include:

greeting clients, processing payments, and direct billing to extended benefit plans.
answering phones and booking clients, which will require a good understanding of the types of services we offer.
general clinic maintenance, such as laundry and room cleaning.

Candidates must be quick learners and have superstar customer service skills.

All successful candidates must complete and pass a Criminal Record Check, including a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Salary: $19.40 /hour
