About the Role:

As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our talented team to manage a diverse portfolio of properties across the Greater Victoria area. From supporting day-to-day operations and handling administrative tasks to assisting with financial processes, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

· 1 year of recent experience in administrative support or a customer focus role is preferred (property management experience is a plus).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

· A self-motivated, team-oriented individual with high attention to detail.

· A positive, customer-focused individual with a professional demeanor who is adaptable to new challenges.
