Now Hiring: Senior Café Server – Courtyard Café
Location: Courtyard Café | Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Banquet Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, Outlet Manager, F&B Manager

Are you passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating memorable café experiences? Do you love being the calm in the storm during a morning rush? We’re looking for a Senior Café Server to take the lead in our vibrant Courtyard Café — someone who can keep service smooth, staff motivated, and guests delighted, all while maintaining the highest standards in quality and hospitality.

Duties:

Lead by example on the café floor, demonstrating top-tier service and professionalism.
Train and mentor café team members, fostering growth and confidence.
Ensure quality — from food presentation to drink prep, nothing escapes your eye.
Keep operations sharp by completing daily checklists, maintaining supply levels, and supporting accurate cash-outs.
Handle guest feedback with care and follow through to resolution.
Maintain safety and cleanliness to the highest standards — from handwashing to hazard reporting.

A seasoned server with a warm smile and sharp eye for detail.
A natural leader who can coach, train, and inspire others.
Calm under pressure and quick to resolve guest concerns with grace.
Passionate about food and beverage, from the perfect latte to a beautifully plated salad.
Obsessed with cleanliness, consistency, and a café that runs like clockwork.

The Role Requires:

Being on your feet and in action — lifting, bending, moving, serving.
Strong communication skills and a leadership presence.
Ability to multitask with grace and precision, even on the busiest days.
A commitment to maintaining a safe, tidy, and welcoming café environment.
