Sales Representative – Food Distribution

Location: Covering Grey Bruce Area

Position Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This role requires someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and has strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, caterers, and other clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Present product offerings and promotions to customers
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (preferably in food distribution, FMCG, or hospitality)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
