Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Service Coordinator

PWC Plumbing Inc. is a growing plumbing company serving Barrie and surrounding communities. We take pride in providing honest, reliable, and professional service while creating an exceptional experience for every customer.

We're looking for an organized, positive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Service Coordinator to become the voice of our company. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative / Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience from their first phone call through to job completion.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Schedule service appointments efficiently.
Dispatch technicians and optimize daily schedules.
Coordinate emergency service calls.
Follow up with customers after completed work to ensure satisfaction.
Keep customers informed about technician arrival times and appointment updates.
Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth operations.
Manage emails, text messages, and customer communications.
Maintain accurate customer records and job notes.
Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks as needed.
Help resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service or dispatch experience.
Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry is an asset.
Experience with Jobber or similar field service software is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
