This is a serious, long-term career position governed by a 5-year employment contract.

Role Overview

The Service Advisor is the front office leader and a critical part of our operation.
This role requires mental toughness, professionalism, accountability, and strong decision-making.

This is not an entry-level role and not a temporary position.

Selection & Evaluation Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 1-day unpaid evaluation/training period
This period is used to assess:
Communication and customer handling
Ability to work under pressure
Learning speed and accuracy
Professional conduct
Only candidates who meet our standards will receive a formal job offer and 5-year contract

Key Responsibilities

Professionally greet and communicate with customers
Accurately write and manage repair orders
Clearly explain repairs, timelines, and costs
Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns
Coordinate workflow between technicians and management
Take full ownership of front-office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, professional front office

Requirements

Permanent authorization to work in Canada (no expiry)
Willingness to sign a 5-year employment contract

Customer service experience (automotive experience preferred)
Computer and POS system proficiency
