Google utilizes AI tools to assist in assessing candidates in our hiring processes.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
7 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience designing intuitive, flexible, and enduring APIs/interfaces alongside system architectures that leverage AI/LLM capabilities while ensuring highly reliable, low-latency performance.
Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and empathetic team culture, prioritizing open communication and strong relationship-building across teammates, partners, and users.
Track record of driving cross-cutting infrastructure designs and technical implementations, combined with the coordination skills needed to execute projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Canada: $260000 - $267000 (CAD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Influence the product goal and build secure, elegant API/interface offerings that integrate first, second, and third-party tools and agents to serve Workspace users in an agentic world.
