Full job description

Attention all RN's we have a position for you! We are looking for qualified NSWOC nursing professionals to provide in-home support in Waterloo Wellington.

CareKW is focused on creating a team of qualified individuals to enhance the health of the community and our clients. We are open to Nurses with a variety of backgrounds and training expertise.

Shift Details:

Pay Range: $35-$39/Hour

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound, ostomy, and continence care.
Provide patient, family, and caregiver education to support self-management.
Consult with healthcare providers on complex cases and best practices.
Support staff education and clinical competency development.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient outcomes

Role Requirements:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Completion of an accredited NSWOC education program or equivalent certification.
Experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
