We are seeking highly motivated security personnel for positions within a physical security environment specializing in the protection of Corporate client. You will have experience within an industrial environment within a warehouse or distribution center or a similar sector where you are responsible for protecting assets. You have strong customer service acumen with ability to resolve issues with a diverse background of individuals including visitors, truck drivers, contractors and client employees. You are able to perform internal and external patrols in cold and hot conditions.

Position Overview:
Location: Waterloo, Ontario
Available Shift Times: Various
Payrate: $26.00/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform access control provision duties, verify visitor badges and employee badges.- Handling Escalation and emergencies for various client sites.
- Responding to alarms around the world where clients operate.
- Managing various tasks and updating based on priority.
- Using multiple computer systems to research products, services, common problems and solutions offered.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Managing calls and dispatched into internal company hotlines and dispatching accordingly.
- Report writing and detailed follow up on events, occurrences and requests.
- Working along directly with Client Team.
- Communicate with other countries through email and translating English into the language of the caller.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Ontario Security License.- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification. Red Cross certification is preferred.
- 2+ years of Security experience within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player and outstanding customer service abilities.
- Must be available to work various shifts based on business needs.
- Attention to detail working in high pressured security environment.
- Experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) is preferred.
