Overview
Axiom Machinery Group is looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant / Junior Marketer to support a growing group of industrial, manufacturing, and modular structure brands. This role is built for someone who can handle weekly marketing execution, repetitive-but-important tasks, and practical digital marketing support across multiple divisions, including 8-9 sites.
You will work closely with our internal marketing team to help execute content, website updates, email campaigns, social media posts, SEO tasks, AI-assisted marketing workflows, and recurring divisional marketing responsibilities. This is a hands-on support role, not a strategy-only role. The right person is organized, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable doing the mandatory marketing work that keeps multiple brands moving every week.
What You Will Be Doing
· Create and schedule social media posts for multiple company divisions.
· Assist with weekly recurring marketing tasks for EcoPod and EcoTrack divisions.
· Make basic website updates in WordPress, including page edits, product updates, image changes, blogs, landing pages, and content formatting.
· Build and update simple graphics, flyers, social posts, presentation assets, and internal marketing materials in Canva.
· Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, product announcements, and customer follow-up sequences.
· Support SEO tasks including keyword research, page formatting, meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, blog updates, and content optimization.
· Use AI tools to support marketing tasks such as content drafts, research, workflow organization, campaign ideas, image/video concepts, and process automation.
· Help organize marketing assets, video files, photos, product information, and campaign materials.
· Assist with basic CRM, lead organization, sales support, and follow-up tracking where needed.
· Support video and photo production tasks when required, including shot lists, content planning, captions, uploading, and repurposing assets.
· Complete repetitive marketing admin work accurately and consistently.
· Find & Qualify Leads, Then Set Appointments.
Required Qualifications
· College diploma required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
· Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar website content management systems.
· Experience using Canva or similar design tools for basic marketing graphics and content assets.
· Experience with email marketing platforms and basic campaign creation.
· Understanding of social media content creation, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and platform-specific formatting.
· Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, content structure, search intent, and website optimization.
· Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar tools to improve speed and output quality.
· Strong written communication skills with good spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and recurring tasks without needing constant reminders.
· Comfortable working in a B2B environment with industrial, manufacturing, construction, equipment, or technical products.
Important Marketing Understanding
This role requires more than posting generic social media content. We need someone who understands that marketing expensive industrial equipment and business solutions is different from selling low-ticket consumer products.
· Understands the difference between B2B and B2C marketing.
· Understands that high-ticket marketing requires trust, education, proof, lead quality, and a longer sales cycle.
· Understands that low-ticket marketing often relies more on speed, impulse, volume, and direct conversion.
· Can adapt tone, content, and messaging depending on the brand, audience, and product type.
· Can follow direction and turn rough ideas into usable marketing assets without overcomplicating the task.
Strong Bonus Qualifications
· Sales experience, lead follow-up experience, customer service experience, or inside sales support experience.
· Experience working with industrial, construction, manufacturing, equipment, real estate, modular buildings, or technical B2B companies.
· Experience with CRM systems, contact lists, lead tracking, or basic sales pipeline support.
· Basic photo/video editing experience.
· Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Odoo, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
· Comfortable calling or emailing leads for simple follow-up when required.
