SUPERVISEUR(E) DE PRODUCTION

Relevant du Directeur des opérations, le Superviseur de production est responsable du fonctionnement quotidien des activités de l’usine de Sherbrooke. Il veille à l’atteinte des objectifs de production, de qualité et de sécurité tout en assurant une gestion efficace des ressources humaines et matérielles. Il agit comme personne-ressource auprès des équipes de production et collabore étroitement avec les différents départements afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.

Il s’agit d’un emploi à temps plein en présentiel, basé à notre usine de Sherbrooke.

Responsabilités

· Coordonner les activités quotidiennes de production afin d’assurer le respect des priorités, des échéanciers et des objectifs opérationnels;

· Superviser et soutenir les employés de production dans l’exécution de leurs tâches;

· Assurer la gestion des ressources humaines sous sa responsabilité, incluant l’encadrement, la formation et le développement des employés;

· Veiller à l’atteinte des objectifs de qualité et au respect des procédures établies;

· Promouvoir et assurer le respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail;

· Coordonner les activités de production, de contrôle de la qualité, de réception et d’expédition;

· Collaborer avec les différents départements afin d’assurer un suivi efficace des opérations et de résoudre les enjeux opérationnels;

· Soutenir les autres départements dans les activités liées à l’usine de Sherbrooke;

· Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des méthodes de travail;

· Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe requise dans le cadre de ses fonctions.

Compétences requises

· Diplôme d’études collégiales ou formation professionnelle pertinente;

· Expérience en gestion de personnel;

· Expérience en supervision dans un environnement manufacturier;

· Connaissance des principes de gestion de production et des opérations manufacturières;

· Leadership démontré et capacité à mobiliser et développer une équipe de travail;

· Excellentes habiletés en communication verbale et écrite;

· Maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit;

· Connaissance de l’anglais – un atout.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities at the Sherbrooke facility. The incumbent ensures that production, quality, and safety objectives are achieved while promoting the efficient use of human and operational resources. Acting as a key resource for production teams, the Production Coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Sherbrooke facility.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily production activities to ensure operational priorities, deadlines, and objectives are met;

· Supervise and support production employees in the execution of their duties;

· Manage the personnel under their responsibility, including coaching, training, and employee development;

· Ensure quality objectives are achieved and established procedures are followed;

· Promote and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace;

· Coordinate production, quality control, receiving, and shipping activities;

· Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective follow-up on operational activities and resolve issues as they arise;

· Support other departments in matters related to the Sherbrooke facility;

· Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and work methods;

· Perform any other related duties required within the scope of the position.

Required Qualifications

· College diploma or relevant vocational training;

· Experience in personnel management;

· Experience supervising personnel in a manufacturing environment;

· Knowledge of production management principles and manufacturing operations;

· Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Proficiency in French, spoken and written;

· Knowledge of English – an asset.
