The Global Packaging Experience and Artwork Coordinator leads the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of retail packaging experiences across a broad portfolio of Parts, Accessories and Apparel products, brands and global markets.
In this role, you’ll be managing the complete packaging artwork process, from approved dieline and creative brief through final production release. Acting as the central point of coordination between multiple teams, you will ensure all packaging assets are developed, approved, and delivered on schedule.
As BRP continues expanding its retail packaging footprint, you will play a key role in shaping how customers experience our products, from first impression on the shelf to the final unboxing experience, creating packaging that is informative, premium, and engaging.
You are passionate about packaging. You notice great packaging on store shelves, appreciate thoughtful unboxing experiences, and are constantly looking for ways to improve how products are presented to customers. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Own the packaging artwork lifecycle
Lead the artwork and packaging execution process once structural packaging design and dielines are approved, ensuring every SKU launches with accurate, compelling, production-ready packaging.
Manage timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables across 100+ packaging artwork projects annually, including labels and other retail packaging components.
Coordinate the collection, integration, and approval of packaging content, including product imagery, marketing claims, regulatory information, feature callouts and other compliance inputs provided by the appropriate subject-matter owners.
Facilitate artwork reviews, proofing cycles, and final production approvals while maintaining version control and documentation integrity.
Ensure packaging deliverables are completed on time and aligned with new product introduction timelines.
Shape the future of the packaging experience
Help transform packaging into a competitive advantage by enhancing how customers discover, understand, and experience BRP products.
Champion a customer-focused packaging approach that clearly communicates product benefits, simplifies decision-making at retail, and enhances the overall customer experience.
Constantly identify opportunities to improve packaging communication, shelf impact, unboxing experience, and overall customer engagement while staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate across the business and drive continuous improvement
Serve as the central point of contact for packaging artwork and retail packaging initiatives, bringing together multiple functions to deliver successful launches.
Partner closely with Product Strategy, Graphic Design, Procurement, Engineering, Marketing, Quality, and external suppliers.
Lead cross-functional packaging review meetings and track action items.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and speed-to-market.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Packaging, Graphic Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field, combined with relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in packaging artwork coordination, packaging execution, marketing asset management, brand activation, or project management.
Experience coordinating packaging artwork projects involving designers, suppliers, printers, and marketing stakeholders.
Demonstrated passion for packaging, branding, and customer experience, with a strong eye for visual communication and retail presentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions without direct authority.
Strong understanding of packaging artwork, prepress, proofing, colour management, dielines, print production processes—including offset and flexographic printing—and production approval workflows.
Strong project-management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
French and English required. English is essential as this role regularly interacts with suppliers, vendors, and partners across North America and internationally.
