With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, Quartz Co is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market. We are looking for an Installer (Helper) for our Welland Location

Position / Job Title: Install Crew Lead Reports To: Lead Installer, Installation Manager or Operations Manager

Job Overview:

As an Installer (Helper), you'll assist in the installation of quartz, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces and handle on-site adjustments or repairs as needed. This hands-on role requires reading CAD drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality finishes with a professional site presence.

Responsibilities and Duties are as mentioned below but not limited to:

Installation:

Assist in the installation of quartz, natural stone, and porcelain surfaces from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Interpret CAD/shop drawings and complete on-site adjustments, including cutting, polishing, and edge finishing.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, including leveling, seam resetting, and chip repairs.
Maintain a professional site presence and uphold Quartz Co standards in safety, conduct, and client service.

Customer Service Excellence

Provide outstanding in-home customer service.
Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring

- Clear communication

- Effective problem resolution

- Friendly and respectful demeanor

- High quality of workmanship

Administration & Coordination

Collaborate daily with the Lead Installer / Operations Manager and Inside Sales rep to communicate any issues on site.
Submit accurate and complete daily documentation, including:
Vehicle maintenance reports
Post-installation checklists
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and ensure all necessary job site materials and tools are available.

Qualifications:

Proven 1+ years’ experience in countertop or stone surface installation.
Physical ability to lift and move over 100 lbs regularly during installations.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Valid G driver’s license required and must be bondable.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
