We are looking for motivated horticulturists to join our field team. Here, every day is different: you contribute directly to creating, maintaining, and enhancing green spaces that make a real difference in the landscape

Status: Full-time, Summer 2026 Season + possibility of permanent employment
Location: LaSalle, QC
Schedule: Shift starts at 6:30 a.m.
Start date: As soon as possible
You will participate in the transformation and maintenance of clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces:
Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants

Rebuild and structure flower beds (soil, mulch, aesthetic finishing)

Weed manually or using ecological methods (e.g., vinegar)
Use the essential tools of the trade - ️:

String trimmer

Hedge trimmer
-
Leaf blower
-
Ensure the cleanliness and visual quality of sites

Work as part of a team to deliver efficient and high-quality work

Perform various related tasks depending on the job sites

What we are looking for

DEP in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (preferred)

Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture

Ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

Comfortable with computers and mobile applications
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit

You must be able to:
